Server slow at 3a.m.? That’s not too early to call us with a problem. However, our support staff might get to the phone or Internet first. Our proprietary software constantly monitors your system, so if you or your members receive any errors, we know about it before anyone else.

  • LiveChat — Put a live web chat box on your web site where your members can get real-time help using the system.
  • 800 Number — We’ll give you a toll-free number your members can call regarding help on using the system.
  • Email routing — Have a set of email addresses — such as membership@yourorg.org, resumes@yourorg.org, or events@yourorg.org — that provide support for different areas of your site. We’ll answer the emails when we can and forward them on to the right people in your HQ when we can’t.
  • Queue management — Your staff will be able to quickly see the number of outstanding requests, as well as who is fielding them.
  • Lock up your data

    Based on .NET technology, Polaris software uses sophisticated cryptology protocols to ensure data integrity. Industry standard SSL prevents intruders from eavesdropping on your web operations. And industrial strength cryptography protects passwords and other sensitive information in your database. A disconnected network server prevents network intrusion attacks — and we update it daily so your systems are always secure.

    We’ll fix any bugs and upload the solutions onto your server automatically. We’ll also make minor modifications to our software to fit your needs. Need a business rule change? Consider it done, no charge.
